I promised 10 minutes so here's 8 minutes of developers playing the game and giving us some more info about the city. Notice he really wants us to wear dresses. He stressed this early on.
So are you looking forward to this game or is it just too weird for you? Personally I think it's just trying to smash together Saint's Row IVs everything minus the cars and add inFamous hero plot.
