Now we all love Teen Titans but instead of bringing it back for what would have been an epic season, they gave us Teen Titans Go. Now Go gets a lot of hate for the sole fact that it isn't the original series. Yeah it's not the original but it doesn't deserve this hate. If you sit down and actually watch Go, it's not made to be what the original was.
Its meant to be a comedy based show. Each episode has something new to it and it revolves around comedy. Here and there you get them fighting one of their common enemies but other than that its all random events happening and its usually funny. Just sit down some time and watch a few episodes. If after that you still don't like it than I can understand.
My problem with you guys is that you bash it yet you don't know anything about it. We already get enough of this in AniTwitter with One Piece haters. That's also when the Toriko haters try to come out but we just beat them down. Just please give it a try and don't bash it without any knowledge. I'm signing off now so I'll see you guys in the AntIquated wars.

DeleteMy problem isn't that it's not the original, it's just that the show isn't funny at all. The comedy is a steaming pile of dogshit. And don't use the "it's for kids" argument because you know Damn well kids deserve quality too. For example, look at Avatar The Last Airbender, that was directed towards kids and it's one of the most loved shows aired on Nick to this day. Also, look at Tom and Jerry, or the Loony Toons, those were mainly aimed at kids, but people of all ages love them. TTG teaches moral that are horrible, the art style is lazy, they completely ruined the beloved characters, and the plot sounds like it's written by a bunch of 8 year olds.

DeleteLook, if you don't like Teen Titans Go that's cool. Just don't water it down to poor morals and lazy then hold Tom & Jerry up like the pinnacle of moral superiority. Very few of those episodes had any moral other than beat the crap out of your enemies. You know they both committed suicide in the last episode right? That's a great moral for kids, you can't win them all so just jump in front of a train.

DeleteTeen Titans Go isn't for everyone. If you don't like it, that's perfectly fine. But, if you're hating it just because you miss a show from a decade ago, you need to reevaluate your life.
