For a long time I didn't watch WWE because I was going through changes. In mid 2009 I found myself watching Monday night Raw where MVP was putting his U.S,. title on the line against Kofi Kingston. I watched the match and was impressed at how much of an Amazing talent kofi was. from then on I started to tune in to RAW and SmackDown to him. Eventually I started to like other talent such as John Morrison, CM Punk, and the man I'm talking about today. The Miz.
When the Miz finally got out of that god awful feud with John Cena I knew he would be a great talent. After changing his gimmick around and even his attire, he looked like someone who would be the man one day. The star of all this was his win over Santion to push him into the US title scene. From then the Miz would work his way up to the point where it was him, Kofi, and Swagger in hellish triple treats for the title. One night on Raw all of this finally paid off in a 1v1 against Kofi, The Miz would win the title. this match tore me up. I was a rising Miz fan and I wanted him to win yet at the same time I was true Kofi fan who didn't want him to lose. But in the End when the Miz held the belt and he cried you could tell that he was mean to be a champion. Next Monday he cuts one of the best promos of 2009 on the entire locker room. From then the Miz would only prosper.
He went on to become tag champions with Big Show at the same time of being US Champion. He eventually lost both titles down the road but he beat plenty of people during this time. Some of these people are Triple H and Shawn Michaels. Soon Miz would win the 2010 MITB Raw Briefcase. This solidified him as to getting the title. Then that one magical night cam where Randy Orton was to face Wade Barrett for the title but was jumped by Nexus. He went on to defeat Barrett but he had no energy for what was to happen next. Miz came out, cashed in the briefcase, and one the title. The Miz, cried, I cried, and the Crowd went crazy.
Now The Miz went on to do other great things but now we transition to 2013. The Miz turns face. After having a solid IC Title run he is turned Face and he fails. When the Miz turns face is where everything went down hill. He barely got booked, when ever he did get booked it was against the same person, and everything about the Miz was just horrible. His promos sucked, he had no crowd reaction, and his fan base just started to crumble. The current Face Miz is not the passionate and fiery Miz we all know and love. every time I see him I always ask twitter whether he has turned Heel or not. the current Miz is just horrible and his fan base are trying to cope with him being trash at the moment. We all just hope that one day The miz we all know will just return to his former glory. Miz isn't even in the Main Event anymore. What the hell has the world come to? I see 3MB more than I see Miz. not that I hate 3MB because I love them but they are jobbers. WWE you need to reconsider things and bring back the glory that is the Miz. I sure would appreciate it.
