Black Halo
Looks like he's got super strength? Wrong he can't rip a bus in half. Quentin, why didn't Wildstorm give him a last name, had returned home from a concert. This was a really good concert and he may have been high too. I say that because he laid on his bed, stared at the ceiling and said to himself "Where did I go wrong with my life, why haven't I completed more?" Seriously.
Then a bright, blinding white light began to creep into the room unnoticed. When Quentin noticed the light he was already overcome by it. He vanished with the light as quickly and quietly as it had come. He returned two weeks later unconscious with no memory of what had happened. Probably alien probes. Do they still do that? They probably have one lying around even if they don't use it.
Quentin's powers began giving off as signal that alerted the group known as PSI. They keep watch over super humans. They sent Backlash and Taboo to investigate. But somebody had a quick temper and a fight started. Due to his immense size they underestimated him. They assumed he was just another guy with Super strength. But his powers are actually telekinesis based. After everyone calmed down he agreed to go with them for testing and training, hoping to return his memory in the process.

Cloak
Tyrone Johnson, yes Marvel named a character Tyrone Johnson, real original, always had a stutter growing up. However at 17 it finally had consequences for him. He couldn't get the words out to stop a police man from shooting his best friend for no fucking reason. Somebody resurrect Dorner in comic book form. Tyrone blamed himself for this and ran away. He started living in a a bus station in New York. He was starving and decided to rob someone for money, without a gun, stop it with the covert racism Marvel. Ironically he saved another run away named Tandy from being robbed. Yed Tandy is a Caucasian woman or a "Snow Bunny." The two became best friends, maybe more?
Eventually they were tricked into a drug lab owned by Simon Marshall. He used the lab to test new drugs on teenage runaways. The drugs gave them Super Powers. Tyrone craved the life essence contained within light and needed it to survive, in return he gained the powers of darkness. Tandy gained the powers of light. Although he was only 18 at the time the drug made him look extremely old and sick, hence the cloak he wears.
Cloak and Dagger joined Norman Osborne's team of X-Men to keep the peace during riots. Can he be an X-Men since he's not actually a mutant. During this time he realized he could no longer hide in the shadows of the world, but that's his super power. Eventually they follow Namor and ditch Osborne. They join the real X-Men and realize they aren't actually mutants.
Sometime later Cloak and Wolverine team up when Sabertooth kidnaps dagger. Honestly this story is unimportant. However it was hilarious. They were such an odd couple. Cloak would try to stealthily do something and Wolverine would go in slicing. The dialogue between the two is priceless. The last time we see Cloak he's on the beach with Wolverine. Wolverine asks "Why are you using SPF 45," good question Wolverine, good question indeed. Also it's revealed he only stutters when he doesn't wear the cloak and walks without staring down so he's actually taller. Wolverine pointed this out, wanting to make him a better man. Seriously that whole storyline was pointless yet funny.

Tyrone Cash: The Original Hulk
Yes, Marvel named another black guy Tyrone, although his real name is Leonard. Leonard Williams looks like a thug in that picture, but in reality he's soft as baby shit and smart as a fox, I sound like my dad. I'm gonna take five and find myself. Okay I'm back. Dr. Williams was actually a professor at Cambridge University. One of his students was a young Bruce Banner. The two of them worked on a Super Soldier serum together and Leonard was Bruce's mentor.
During an explained "accident" everyone was dead and Leonard Williams was declared dead. In reality he had used the serum on himself and when the others attempted to sell the formula he killed them. Is that excusable? He took on the alias Tyrone Cash and moved to South America. This was years before Banner became the Hulk, Cash was the first Hulk. However unlike Bruce Tyrone retains his intellect and self control when he transforms, because he transforms at will.
16 years later it is revealed he's a South American Gang Lord. Nick Furry sends War Machine to invite Tyrone to join the New Avengers. Tyrone assumes this is another gangs attack and beats THE FUCK out of War Machine. Seriously he jumped into the air, ripped a plane in half and beat War Machine with it. It was one of the greatest ass beatings in comic book history. Eventually War Machine stops playing nice and black mails him. He lets Leonard Williams know his wife and kids can find out he's still alive and better than ever. Yes folks, Marvel created a dead beat black father. Tyrone joins the team.
Tyrone agrees to work one last mission with the team to take out Ghost Rider. However, Nick Furry sent them after the wrong Ghost Rider. This one managed to take out the team before Tyrone got involved. It was a sad moment. Ghost Rider looked at Tyrone's soul and said "There's a genius down there below the gold and the bling. But he's almost forgotten now, isn't he? Almost completely insignificant. Oh the things you've done for money and power, Tyrone Cash." This took Tyrone out of the fight for a while. But when he got his head back in it, shit went down. He took Ghost Riders motorcycle grabbed him by the neck and drove into a gas station in a fiery explosion only to walk away unharmed.
Tyrone goes back to South America and gives up gang life. He thinks his life over. He eventually starts selling S.H.I.E.L.D. Super Soldiers on the black market at the request of Sharon Carter. After several failed attempts to capture him they finally succeed. They hypnotize him so he can't transform. He's taken to a base and interrogated. There he reveals everything including how to reproduce his "Superior Hulk Serum." As Nick Furry walks behind him he smiles sensing what's next. Nick Furry shoots Tyrone in the back of the head, killing him in another pointless act of black on black violence.

Rage
Another black guy who could take out Hulk, if he wasn't so lazy. Elvin Daryl Haliday was a happy, nerdy twelve year old kid. He was on his way to visit a friend in another neighborhood to trade some comic backs. Let me explain now. Elvin's friend was white. Elvin was venturing into the white side of town to spend time with his friend. On the way he was attacked and badly beaten by a group of racist teenagers for being in the wrong part of town. Elvin finally escaped but was forced to hide in the well known, highly polluted, Newton Creek to save his life. Elvin hid there crying for hours until he felt it was safe for him to escape. When Elvin attempted to climb out he had more toxic waste dumped on him by workers from a near by factory. Elvin ran home to his Grandmother "Granny Staples," She had been raising him since his parents died in an unspecified accident.
Over the next few days she nursed him back to health. It should have taken him much longer to heal from the injuries he had received but he recovered quickly. The next few months saw Elvin grow a lot, I'm not talking puberty growth I'm talking crazy growth. Elvin was only twelve but he was now standing at 6'6 weighing in at 450lbs of pure muscle. Elvin wanted revenge. But his grandmother was a deeply religious woman who wouldn't allow him to do so and encouraged him to good for all people. When he turned 14 he created a costume from a leather jacket and ski mask and began to keep the streets safe.
At age 16 he marched into Avengers headquarters and demanded membership. Standing toe to toe with Iron Man, Captain America and Thor he explained that "The Avenger's lack of minority members simply pained a picture of the white elitist culture that controls America, constantly tugging what little hope minorities have left in the American Dream away." They made him a member on the spot. He played the race card right into being the first minority Avenger. That may lead you to believe he was created by a black man, wrong it was an Asian man named Larry Hama and a white man named Paul Ryan, no not that Paul Ryan.
After helping out the teenage hero group called The New Warriors he left the Avengers and joined them, stating he felt more comfortable around other teenagers. His grandmother died in a revenge attack Elvin hunted down the perpetrator and killed him. Night Thrasher lied to the courts so he was acquitted and became his foster brother.
During Civil War Rage was prevented in joining the battle by his foster parents. During this time he instead trained his abilities. Rage recently joined a team lead by Prodigy to investigate strange meteorites landing on Earth.
