Wind Release in Naruto has to be the most useful yet not used power in Naruto. I don't know if you noticed but only about 6 characters that actually use the Wind Release. A majority of the characters who use it only have one move or are movie only characters. That means that more than half of the Wind users are fake. At the same time there is really only one person who has ore than 3 wind attacks. But let's just get to who the characters are first.
Naruto:
Naruto uses Wind Reease but that is only when he does the variations of the Rasengan, He is not an example of a true Wind Release user. He is good at being able to control is wind at will and is sort of a master when it comes to the Rasengan. I think Naruto could have been stronger if he has more variation on his moves. But lets be honest. Naruto never had plans or techniques.
Temari:
Temari was the first Wind User to be shown. In the Chuunin Exam she completely merked TenTen by only swinging her fan. The most notable achievement she did was when she nearly knocked down half a forest with only one swing. This was when she saved Shikamaru from Tetsuya of the Sound 5. I feel as if Temari could have been the strongest Wind user if she was more relevant but she wasn't. She had so much room for growth but it never say the day of light.
Danzou:
Besides being one of the realest people (and Hokage) to live, he is a master of the Wind Release. One of my favorite fights in part two is Sasuke vs Danzou. Reason are because know one knew who would win, the hype was good, and we knew nothing about Danzou's fighting style, we learned more about Danzou, the fight was great and Danzou used Wind Release. As I watched this fight I was amazed at how cool Wind Release was but sad that no one used it. This right here automatically makes Danzou the Fujin (Wind God).
So you know how cool it is to have Wind Release. This could have been really useful for the regular Joes in the war. With it they could have had e better chance at defeating the Zetsus with only a small army. Some one like Temari or Danzou could have been a huge help when it came to facing the Edo Tensei opponents. But guess what? People don't care about Wind. Its all about that Water, Fire, and Lightning.
