Orpheus
Gavin King grew up the son of a television producer and professional dancer. Gavin wanted to be dancer too but he was bullied for this and possibly being gay. Although his parents encouraged him to keep dancing he begin practicing martial arts instead. His years of dancing provided him an added bonus. This allowed him to create his own unique fighting style based on dancing and several martial arts forms.
Gavin eventually did become a dance and traveled the world. While traveling he discovered that the word was full of darkness. He returned to Gotham with a suit that allowed him to fade into the shadows as well as provide temporary invincibility. He frequently clashed with Batman. Batman called him a "inexperienced vigilante." He replied with "What are you?" While Batman thought about it Orpheus faded into the dark.

Jackson Hyde
Jackson's parents always taught him that he should fear water because he would change when he entered, but in reality his real parents would be able to locate him. Jackson lied about being afraid of water to his friends which made things awkward sometimes. He also had to lie about the tattoos he's had since his birth.
One day Jackson stands outside his house in the rain and begins to control the water with his tattoos. His parents finally tell him the truth and explain his tattoos and why they wanted him to stay away from the water. At that moment both Aquaman and Black Manta rush towards the surface for different reasons. Black Manta is his father and Aquaman wants to keep him from Black Manta... dick.
Jackson is taken to a seaside cottage by his adoptive father to open an Atlantean Chest to let Aqualad answer all the question he has. That's when his real dad Black Manta shows up without his crew and almost kills Jackson's adoptive dad who tried to attack and prevent him from getting close. Pointless black on black violence. Then Aquaman shows up with Mera and Aquagirl. They then jump on Black Manta before he even gets to say hello to his son.... dick
