Pokemon that need a Mega Evolution Part 3

Pachirisu
This cute little furry Pokemon doesn't have a second evolution so at this moment it needs a ME. Now Pachirisu is a pretty decent Pokemon so a ME would give it a good boost. It would be too powerful since its a small Pokemon but it would at least give it enough to fight bigger Pokemon like second evolution and Pokemon like Torkoal. Pachirisu is one of the few lightning Pokemon so I would love to see this Pokemon get stronger. That's just my opinion though.

Emolga
What I said above goes for Emolga as well. They both are small Pokemon and need an extra boost in power. I guess the same can go for the small Pokemon that looks like Raichu. These are some great Pokemon who could really use the power. Plus they would also look great.


Three Dogs and Birds
Lets be honest, these six Pokemon are great but at the same time they are not that powerful. The three dogs and The Three Birds are more like Guardians who don't get powerful over time. A ME would give them the boost that they need to be able to face other Legendary Pokemon like Groudon, Kyogre, Dialga, and Palkia. These Pokemon have some great moves but there just only powerful enough to take out non legendary Pokemon.

Lugia
Lugia is already powerful enough but a ME would just be nice. Like Mewtwo, Groudon, and Kyogre. They're already exceptionally powerful but the ME's make them look cooler. Let's just give Lugia some armor and the ability to control all liquid.
