The Cabinet: Basketball (1979)

This week in The Cabinet we take a look at the 1979 game Basketball. It was originally released for the Atari 2600 in1978 and was widely successful. This led to the game being ported to arcades in a black and white format. The game was unique at the time because it made use of a trackball instead of a standard joystick. It also features one of the first black video game characters.
