In this lyric, Lil Nas X is saying that instead of using your expensive car to travel over distances, I'll use my horse which does not emit gases that will will help pollute the Earth, destroying our ozone layer and making organisms sick. Horses do not cost much to buy, even thought they need to be groomed and feed, plus they only emit shit which doesn't do anything to ruin the environment.
