Conrad Marcus
Conrad Marcus was a normal biochemist at Roxxon Corporation. The same company that created the spider which would eventually give Miles Morales his spider powers. However, that spider was not an official project of Roxxon. It was a side project that Conrad had taken upon himself. However that spider hid itself in the bag of The Prowler and escaped to bite Miles Morales, making him Spider-Man. The arrival of a new Spider-Man obviously drew Conrad's attention.The Venom Symbiote had previously been bonded to Eddie Brock. This was a much more powerful version of the normal Venom Symbiote. It had previously gained more power by absorbing Eddie Brock. After Eddie's defeat at the hands of SHIELD the symbiote somehow landed in the hands of Roxxon Corporation.
A reporter named Betty Brant was investigating the connection between the new Spider-Man and The Prowler. During her research she found a dead radioactive spider, the same one that bit Miles. She managed to trace it back to Conrad Marcus and threatened an expose. Feeling threatened Conrad stole a small piece of the Venom Symbiote. He bonded with it and became strong enough to gain access to the remaining symbiotte. A noticeable difference between Conrad and Eddie was that Conrad was much larger than Brock and held less control over the symbiote, and Eddie didn't have much.
The first thing that Conrad did was kill Betty Brant to prevent his secret spider project being revealed. Looking over her notes he pieced together that Jefferson Davis, the father of Miles Morales, was the new Spider-Man. Conrad attacked Jefferson and severely wounded him, leading to a permanent limp. Luckily Miles interfered and was able to hold Jefferson off until police arrived and he fled.
Conrad at this point had lost complete control of the Venom Symbiote. He went on a rampage at a local hospital before Miles arrived. He then beat Miles senseless. During the fight Miles' mother Rio attempted to intervene only to be fatally wounded for attempting to stop the fight. Venom then attempted to absorb Miles. However Miles' Venom Blast was able to shock Conrad opposed to the symbiote. The electricity drove the two apart and police arrived on the scene to shoot Conrad to death and ignore Miles' dying mother. The Venom Symbiote escaped and since the Ultimate Universe was ended we'll never know what happened to it.
