Achebe
The origins of this man are not clear however it can be pieced together. The accepted origin is that he was once a simple farmer named Bob in the country of Ghudaza. When rebels from the neighboring country of Ujanka they were injured. Bob and his wife allowed them to stay on the farm and nursed them back to health. However when they left they took his wife who had fallen in love with their leader. But they didn't leave him alone. They stabbed him 32 times and left him to die in the home as they burned it to the ground. However Bob did not die. This heartbreak and betrayal caused him to go insane in that moment. He sold his soul to the devil instead.
It would have been understandable if he tracked them down and exacted revenge, but that's not what he did. Instead Achebe tracked down the families of hf his wife and the rebels. Stabbing them each 32 times and leaving them to die. He didn't stop there, he went after their favorite teachers and even his wife's favorite shoe salesman.
When he had finally finished erasing the bloodlines of those who hurt him he traveled to The United States. There he would see The Black Panther for the first time. He wouldn't come into conflict with him. While in the US Achebe would receive degrees in multiple fields such as: psychology, political science and religious studies. He would also form alliances with The Russian Mob and The Volcan Domuyan Secret Service.
Soon he would return to Ghudaza. While it is never directly stated it is heavily implied that Achebe was the one who helped drive the country into a civil war with two ethnic groups attempting to erase each other from the country. During the war Achebe pretended to be a refugee to enter into Wakanda stealthily.
He created a scheme that would cause T'Challa to look into charities Wakanda had created in the United States, staying away from Wakanda for an extended period of time. While he was gone Achebe managed to take over the Wakandan government with the help of T'Challa's step mother Ramonda and Mephisto who wanted T'Challa's soul. T'Challa was transported to Mephisto's realm, but he managed to defeat Mephisto and render the deal with Achebe null. However upon returning Achebe was still able to force him out of Wakanda.
Without Mephisto, Achebe slowly gave into his insanity. He adopted a miniature hand pupped that mirrored him named Daki. He would speak tot he puppet as if it were a real person. On occasion threatening to shoot it. Ignoring the plan to control Wakanda and his allies, Achebe used the giant panther robots, or prowlers to attack Wakanda. Eventually he was stopped by T'Challa and The Avengers but managed to escape them. Outside of Wakanda he encountered Captain America but was able to convince him to allow Achebe to flee. Since then he's just been being crazy and killing people. On one occasion he feuded with Deadpool over who had the right to own Daki.
