Top 10 Manga 2014

Right here is a list of Manga That I enjoyed all throughout 2014. This list does not represent my top 10 Manga or anime list at all. I just thought these were some of the best manga of 2014 in my opinion.

10: Denpa Kyoushi
The series is about an Otaku teacher who teaches his class about being the best they can be by being themselves at every point of the day. During this year I enjoyed this manga. You have the main character Kagami fighting his way though the ranks of the main campus of Hiragi Academy. I thoroughly enjoyed this part of the story. New and cool characters were introduced and I lied them. The story stayed the same with the crazy antics and story lines but it was all good at the end of the day. I just hope some starts to translate it soon because I haven't read it in months.

9: Naruto
Naruto ended this year and it went out on a good note. Even though it had its ups and down it still did have a god impression on me. I liked the Sasuke and Naruto fight. Kaguya doing all kinds of different moves was good to me. Obito finally died. Hinata finally got her man and Azuma's daughter is going to be a badass in the future. It may have been bad at times but I still love it.

8: One Piece
One Piece was good this year but there are a lot of things keeping it out of the top 5. There were too many breaks, the series was a little too slow. It was slower than usual. There where a lot of just whatever chapters. Even so I still enjoyed it. Sabo came out and did his thing. Franky gained a little respect after his new design from me. Robin got into a fight which is great, And finally Gladius graced us with his presence. 2014 was a decent to good year but I know 2015 will be better.

7: Bleach
Bleach has the same fate as One Piece. It was good but it was too slow at times and there were things that we all just didn't care for such as Grimmy and his stupid logic. He was such an idiot. But there were good things such as Renji's bankai, Bazz B in general, Uryu, and Ichibe beating Juha Bach's ass. I thoroughly enjoyed Bleach this year but I know 2015 will be better.

6: Magi
Magi has the same fate as the last two mentions. It was great but could have been better. What made Magi make the list is the story of Alma Torran. Most People will say that this arc was boring, and in a sense it was but the information we learned was very valuable. There were some really hype chapters such as the chapter about the Mother Dragon and the Red Lions.  Also the last few chapters leading to the destruction of Alma Torran. I enjoyed it but it was too slow at times. That arc is now over and Magi has been even better since. I just can't wait to see what happens in 2015.

5: Akame Ga Kill
First off I just want to say fuck you to the people who did the anime because it was trash. It stared off great like the manga but it went downhill so fast and quick. The manga on the other hand is great. Lots of crazy things went down this year. I will try not to spoil it but man it is hard. Everything that has taken place was just good in terms of writing. I cried, cheered and even turned the other cheek on some occasions. I rally enjoyed this manga and I know 2015 will be the last of it so I can't wait.

4: Seven Deadly Sins
What Can I say about this manga? First I have to say thank you to the person who got me into the manga. I won't say his name because he is a Youtuber and we don't do shoutouts here. But just know I kinda appreciate you for this if you are reading this post. Any way this manga is great. It is very unique and stands out from other shonen. I can't describe it but when you read it you get a vibe that is unlike any other. Every week you want to read a new chapter whether there's action or not. I highly recommend this manga and the anime.

3: God of Highschool
This Korean Manga has been on point all year. Lately it has gotten a little confusing with this Mori Hui stuff but I'm still enjoying it. Dae wi has been getting better and better despite his short comings. Mira right now is just amazing. She can only get stronger from here on out. Then you have good characters like Baek Seung Chul coming into relevance and getting stronger. Of course old characters like Il Pyo show up and continue to be great. The fights this year were amazing. If you don't read this manga then do so.IT is really good and I know you will enjoy it. 2015 is going to be a great year for this manga.

2: Sun Ken Rock
You must have seen this coming with the list of my favorite characters from yesterday. If you haven't then kill yourself. I'm just kidding but you should definitely go read it. This year was just simply amazing. Ken finally obtained his goal. The reason for him coming to Korea has finally been
awarded. Not only that he made so many friends and is now in the final fight for his life. So far they have taken out most of the men in an epic fashion but now the real part has just begun. I'm really trying not to spoil it so I'll just leave it at that. In all this is one of my favorite Seinen and I hope you read it because it is great.

1: Toriko
Of course Toriko is my favorite manga of this year. Do you know how much crazy and amazing shit has happened? The fights, encounters, surprises, and all of the damn hype. If Toriko isn't in your list or you don't read it at all then you just need to go kill yourself.I'm serious about this one. Without bias I can actually tell you that this is the best manga of 2014. I'm not going based on sales but based on content. Of course people would say "One Piece"  but this year One Piece wasn't that great. Toriko definitely took the crown with Bleach as this year's dark horse.

Honorable Mention
Beelzebub, OnePunch Man, Hajime no Ippo, Sousei no Onmyouji
