Spawn
Spawn has so much struggle. If they ever make another Spawn movie they should title it "Spawn: Watch This Man Struggle Eternity. Even before he became spawn Al Simmons life was full of struggle. First he was a soldier, specifically a sniper. A top ranking, highly qualified sniper, specializing in covert missions. This is nothing to be ashamed of and it's no struggle. However he was killed by his own platoon. That's when the struggle started. Al got sent to hell, more struggle. There her made a deal with the devil to see his wife more time, only to find out she had been sleeping with his best friend even before he died.
That's a lot of struggle. But that's not the only struggle. Look at this man. He wears chains everyday all day. He's right back in chains, slavery has been over for a long time, but not for Spawn. His ancestors got free so he could struggle his way into slavery for Hell. Spawns life is full of struggle. Superheroes can't even escape the struggle.
If I'm being honest Spawn could be the best hero to get the short end of the stick. I like him, I really do, but so much random crap happens to him that I can't stay dedicated to reading. I even tried to get behind his movie but I couldn't do it.Spawn was one of the first heroes to get a real movie with a studio behind it, but that didn't last long. There are so many great things that he could do with his powers but they're inconsistent. Sometimes he has a limit on how much he can use them, other times he doesn't.

- Human Characteristics: Unlike other Hellspawn he retained his emotions
- Control of Earth: Spawn has the ability to control Earth or ground
- Mutation: Spawn can mutate into other creatures from hell
