Doctor Mist/Maltis
Nommo the Wizard King of the African nation of Kor stands tall overlooking his kingdom. Nommo had been granted immortality and the name of Dr. Mist. During his time he formed a kindom of over 100 conquered kingdom. Eventually he grew tired of ruling and went to live in a mountain, carved in the shape of his face. Mt. Rushmore eat your heart out. There he sat and meditated until 1957.
In 1957 the European Economic Community a supernatural police organization called the Dome. Dr. Mist was appointed head of this organization and lead it until the late 90s when their funding was cut for Justice League International.... because Bruce Wayne wasn't donating enough?
The dorm was later reformed by Queen Bee in Biayla and former members were brainwashed and forced to follow an android version of Dr. Mist. He was not having this and shut the entire operation down single handed. This prompted him to restart the group with no funding. He created an island in the Pacific Ocean at an unknown location where he trains new members. It also serves as mission headquarters.
Dr. Mist was killed on a mission. I'm joking. He always told the team he was immortal. They didn't believe him and he showed up after his funeral going by the name Maltis now. He formed a new group called Primal Force. Sadly he had a heart attack and died after the first mission. After coming back to life again, he was thrown into acid and died again. It was a rough few years for him
He's been alive 11,000 years, do you think that would stop him? Hell no! However he did turn to the dark side temporarily when Felix Faust and Nick Necro promised to revive his wife from the dead. The team is defeated by the Justice League. Dr. Mist is currently being held. Although he's just using the time to meditate and rethink past choices
