I know it was all over ther but i never looked the character in a bad way. <br />As a child, Chocolove was just that unfunny comic relief in the anime and that awesome warrior with the best redemption/self forgiveness arc in the manga.<br />Now i know more about "America" history, racism adn segregation and why this kind of representation is bad, and unconfortable... but im an outsider and i thinkd Chocolove was made from an outsider perspective too. Just like Peyote Diaz speaking broken spanish and wearing a poncho. They where multi dimensional characters with stories and feeling we can relate to.<br /><br />I mean, the character was created 20 years ago, is a good sign that we can be more critical about this kind of content nowadays.
