Poem: Smelly Feet in the Rain by Garser Dismuke

I love the way your feet smell after you've been running in the rain. Running from the values you left behind with that guy who told you he only liked you cause you're Latino.
Stomping on the flower beds you passed dying to get to my apartment but you landed in the wrong neighborhood where the homeowners don't take kindly to how shaped your body is. The blonde women hate your silk brown hair but it tastes great pressed against my face.
But the fancy of your toes excite me enough to open my bedroom door as you scratch blood and skin into it. I just may prefer your screams over my obsession for your soles
