Neon blew up Genjuro which was a smart decision as that creepy old bastard needed to die because he was insane, and there is no reason for him to leave. So before all of that, Tokiya beats Mokuren easily like I said last week. Tokiya steps out to nurse his wounded arm while Recca fights Genjuuro's masterpiece in Meno. She has a Madogu that allows her to turn her hair into a weapon. Recca doesn't want to hurt her so he promises to free her dad. So he does and that starts the fight between him and Genjuuro.
Their fight was decent but my favorite part had to be when Genjuuro touched Setsuna's scales. This Dragon got so mad that he forcibly came out of Recca and opened his one eye that should have incinerated Genjuuro by the way Saiha was hyping the attack. Regardless that's how Recca won. I just thought that it was funny how Setsuna was introduced.
Neon is a bad ass but I can't wait for her just due. I'm sick of her stalking team Hokage and interfering as well. When her team fights Hokage, you'll be pissed at the "no interference" rule when it was used in this volume. Kurei defeated one team by himself all at the same time so that's cool. The dude with the armor looked like a Yu Gi Oh Monster. The fights in this Volume were mediocre. Hopefully the upcoming fights are more enjoyable and not rushed. So, of all the dragons Recca has conquered so far, which one would be your favorite?
