Chapters 50-59
Volume 6 starts off strong as we have Recca recklessly taking on Ku for his own enjoyment. What none of us knew was that Ku is a devil. After 3 punches, Ku turns for the worse and demolishes Recca. After taking so much pain and not giving into cutting off Ku's arm, Recca gains a new Dragon in Homura which is a fire punch. Recca knocks Ku out of the ring and Ku forfeits. This might was good as well as Recca vs Saicho. They were better in the anime though, but still good fights.
After this everyone relaxes for the next day except for Tokiya. Tokiya goes to scout out the opponents for their next match but he find a man killing five other people and then eats them. Then the day of the fight, Fuuko gets lost and Kaoru is forced to take her spot in fighting team Uruha - Illusion. Kaoru defeats the man beast but then is devoured by Mokuren. Its safe to say that in the next Volume, Tokiya will effortlessly destroy Mokuren. It baffles me that he lost to Recca.
This Volume was based on fights so not much going on story line wise. It was cool to see Kaoru again. Hopefully Fuko comes back next volume because she's my favorite character. Now let me leave you with this question, If you had all of team Hokage's weapons including Kaoru and Kagero, would you fight Devil Ku?
